Pursuing the highest quality and creating products that are impervious to high temperature and humidity.

At Alpine, the performance and reliability of our products is paramount. We are committed to ensuring that the components and systems we make maintain their exceptional quality even under harsh temperature conditions—from environments of extreme cold where your breath freezes, to areas with scorching heat where there is no shade and your car is too hot to touch.

We have facilities to perform rigorous temperature characteristics tests on every individual part and all sections of a circuit, beginning in the product development stage. Take for example our constant thermal/humidity chambers. One of the chambers is large enough for engineers to enter and check a product's operation. We also have recently built a chamber that has a glass window that allows us to check the condition of the display and is capable of conducting thermal and vibration tests simultaneously.

We also have a cooling shock room that is used to check for malfunctions caused by sudden changes in temperature. A special aging room is used to test for thermal durability to ensure that the product still functions perfectly even when constantly exposed to high temperatures for 365 days. Our systems are tested under temperature conditions ranging from -40 to +80°C—exceeding real-world conditions so that our high-quality components perform reliably, no matter what the environment.
