Alpine exhibited at the International CES (Consumer Electronics Show) held in Las Vegas in the United States for four days from January 10 to 13, 2012. The CES is the world’s largest consumer electronics related event and attracts exhibiting companies from all over the world. This year it was a lively show with more than 3,100 exhibiting companies and 153,000 visitors attending -- setting an attendance record for the event.

The Alpine Booth exhibited many new 2012 products, including head units compatible with Pandora® Internet radio and the terrestrial digital broadcasting service HD Radio, sub woofers with the Box Eco System which dramatically improves performance, digital amps, a wide-view rear camera, and many other products.

The INE-Z928HD, an 8-inch AVN (Audio Visual Navigation) system with an 8-inch WVGA large screen, which won the "Innovations Design and Engineering Award," was also on show. It supports a variety of services and systems—including HD Radio, Pandora®, iPhone®, etc. And its special installation kits for particular automobile models, which were developed using Alpine's unique installation technology, were introduced at the Perfect Fit Corner. This corner attracted great interest among the visitors along with the INE-Z928HD.

Right beside the Perfect Fit Corner was a GMC Yukon demo car, equipped with the INE-Z928HD 8-inch AVN system, the HCE-C300R Active View Rear Camera, and other products. Featuring a “Cooler than Factory-Installed” installation, the AVN system was installed with a specialized Perfect Kit. Visitors could compare it to the original installation on the photo and many of them highly praised its beautiful and smart installation with Perfect Kit.
