Again this year, Alpine exhibited at the world’s big three motor shows: Detroit in January, Frankfurt in September, and Tokyo in October. Droves of eventgoers saw our new Made for iPod® products in Frankfurt, where we also earned high praise for our special exhibit of advanced technologies for auto makers. In Tokyo, we introduced car audio fans to the unique world of Alpine—including the new X075 Mobile Media Station, Alpine’s “smart fortwo” demo car fully equipped with our products, and IMPRINT Sound, a revolutionary combination of acoustic/signal processing technologies that eliminates in-car sonic distortions. It also exhibited at the Shanghai Motor Show in the China, whose auto industry is growing remarkably. In showing our exceptionally high-quality products and most advanced technology, Alpine will continue to aggressively expand its business, aiming to widen its global market share.
