Alpine continues to deliver high-quality OEM systems, including car audio, car AV and navigation, to major auto manufacturers across the globe.
Consumer demand for navigation systems installed as basic equipment to cars has grown, and functions in car information/communication systems are becoming more advanced. With this backdrop, our OEM navigation systems are being used in more and more vehicles.
As for our audio systems, sales of 1-DIN size in-dash CD changers and CD players for European car manufacturers was strong. We also created and released a CD audio system for a global strategy car, a vehicle from a Japanese car maker that was put on the market in Japan, America, Europe and Asia simultaneously.
We will continue offering high-quality, technologically advanced products to car makers worldwide and expand our business.
