We have established the Alpine China Development Center in the city of Dalian, and have also completed construction of the Alpine Taicang production center in a suburb of Shanghai. We began a design-through-manufacturing system of production there to help expand our global SMD along with Alpine Dalian, Alpine Dan Dong and the Shenyang Development Center. |

The existing Dalian Development Center has been significantly expanded to establish
a comprehensive product development system that ranges from initial concept and
design to actual manufacture. The aim is to develop products with greater competitive
