AA notification of a shareholders’ meeting and a form for exercising a shareholder’s voting right will be sent to each shareholder listed in the shareholders’ register as of the end of the recorded date for a shareholders’ meeting.
The right to vote can be exercised either
(1)by attending the shareholders’ meeting with the form described above, or
(2) by sending back the form after indicating approval or disapproval and affixing a seal.
