Global Compliance System
Compliance Offices set up in Japan, North America, Europe, and China act to pinpoint problems specific to each country while sharing risk information with the head office.
The Risk Management and Compliance (RC) Committee was set up and global RC meetings are held so that management and affiliates’ managers can share in problem solving.

Ethics Hotlines in Japan, North America, and China provide consultation on ethics issues for employees and subcontractors’ personnel. Operating as an open
window where employees can turn freely for consultation, we are working to detect problems early and respond promptly.

Compliance Audits
To ensure the observance of compliance policies in business, we conduct regular compliance audits both at domestic and overseas bases.
Audit results are submitted to the RC Committee and management, and problems are solved and implemented promptly.
Ethics/Compliance Training
■Compliance Seminars
Alpine also conducts regular seminars on businessrelated
laws and regulations such as information
protection laws, antimonopoly regulations, and subcontractors
law.
■New-employee Seminars
We conduct compliance training as a part of incoming
employee training programs, using case studies on
engineer ethics as an example. Trainees discuss the
best means of action for solving problems, for
example, in cases where engineers face crucial
decisions.
■Management and Division Chief Seminars
We hold annual lectures, inviting field experts in the
area of compliance law from outside the company as
speakers.
