Corporate Governance
To realize sound, efficient business practices, Alpine follows a management cycle in which all employees work together to meet business challenges.
Management Cycle
It is necessary to have a roadmap to drive our growth globally in an environment of major market changes. To serve as its direction, Alpine has defined the Alpine management cycle to be shared by employees as the basis of Alpine’s business activities.
This is shown in the pyramid above, which includes, from the top, (1) Corporate Philosophy, (2) Corporate Vision, and (3) Conduct Guidelines. (1) Corporate Philosophy entails invariable value required to sustain Alpine — Alpine’s CSR itself. (2) Corporate Vision provides the goals and image Alpine must attain and indicates the dream to be realized within the next decade. Based on our corporate vision, our duties are divided into (4) Midterm Business Plan, division-level (5) Management Strategy, and (6) Daily Jobs of individual employees. The management cycle circulates in response to yearly, monthly, and daily changes realizing corporate philosophy. The real performer who realizes and implements this management cycle is the individual employee, and values shared by all are clearly defined in (3) Conduct Guidelines. This management cycle, defined at the company level, serves as the foundation for internal control.
