Alpine believes that internal control must do more than simply serve legal responses - it must also improve business efficiency and effectiveness and increase corporate values through the ongoing practice of improvement.
Regarding the enforcement of local laws in April 2008, we are improving internal control of the Alpine Group, including overseas concerns, by implementing the internal control project, setting up professional teams for company-wide level control, overall IT control, business processing control, and affiliate control, and establishing a system to promote assessment and improvement.
