Alpine's headquarters in Japan supervises the overall business development throughout the world market, presiding over the business of each center and specific areas around the world, including Japan, and determines the policies of sales, production and development for each country.

The head office and development office are established together in Los Angeles, U.S.A. The sales office and evaluation center is located in Detroit, with the market's production center is in Reynosa, Mexico in order to enable the fastest response to local needs.

The supervision point for the EU is our head office in Munich, Germany, with the sales office and evaluation center located in Stuttgart. We are now preparing a center in Coventry, U.K. These facilities significantly speed up introduction of products to the market, since everything from development to evaluation and testing is handled locally. The production center for the European market is in Hungary.

We've established our supervision center in Beijing, China. In Dalian, we created a research and development center featuring a comprehensive product development system that ranges from product design to quality evaluation and testing. A new information network and production system has been introduced to the factories in Dalian and Taicang that aims for absolute top quality—through an effective and accurate process whereby procurement of materials, processing of parts, assembly and packaging are all performed locally. We established a purchase center in East China, and have an Asian Pacific supervision center and production center in Thailand.
