The 2009 Bangkok International Motor Show 2009 was held at BITEC in Bangkok, Thailand from March 26 to April 6, 2009. Despite the harsh worldwide economic environment, the venue was extremely crowded throughout the twelve-day event, as nearly 1.06 million visitors attended the Motor Show—almost the same number as in the past.
Alpine displayed its new products including the iXA-W404E, CDE-103EBT and navigation systems equipped with new technologies. The booth also displayed three demo-cars: a Subaru IMPREZA equipped with a high-end car audio system, AlpineF#1Status, and a Mitsubishi Sport Pajero and Toyota Fortuner equipped with a rear vision monitor, as well as other rear entertainment systems showing off Alpine’s total AV in-car environment. Many visitors actually got hands-on experience with the demo cars, which effectively showed off Alpine’s advanced technological strength and its outstanding audio and video.
