The Guangzhou Motor Show was held in China for seven days from November 20 to 26. It was, as usual, a spectacular success with approximately 500,000 people visiting the site.

Alpine China exhibited again this year, presenting its full 2007 lineup, and also introducing part of its new 2008 products in its booth. We introduced navigation and drive assist products based around the AVNCD concept, the IMPRINT System, and other products. Event goers were especially interested in the iPod® compatible models and the PMD-F100 portable navigation system, with many visitors getting actual hands-on experience with them at the demo board.

Two sets of equipment were set up allowing visitors to hear Alpine’s systems just as they would be inside the automobile—giving them the full experience of the high quality of digital sound technology, IMPRINT Sound, as well as audio and video with the power of multimedia entertainment.
