Mobile entertainment equipment is constantly subjected to adverse effects inside the car, such as incessant vibrations, temperature extremes and shock. To guarantee the highest quality audio, it is necessary to understand the acoustic characteristics and driving noises that are unique to in-car environments. Alpine's Evaluation Center is part of our advanced and extensive R&D process where we can test these various conditions.
At this Center, we conduct rigorous tests as well as precise and sophisticated analyses in six different areas (Anti Vibration, Light Simulation, etc.), which make up the engineering concerns that are unique to car electronics. The resulting data is accumulated and fed back to the design, development and production processes. This enables us to create products that fully satisfy the high standards of stability and reliability in performance that are required by our customers.
